Last week the Bees continued with Italy during the Around the World workshops with Christy.
This time they made a yummy caprese salad, a classic dish in the colors of the Italian flag, made with tomatoes, mozzarella, fresh basic and olive oil.

Insalata caprese:

On a large platter arrange tomato and mozzarella slices and basil leaves, alternating and overlapping them. Sprinkle salad with oregano and arugula and drizzle with oil. Season salad with salt and pepper.
